About

Panhandle Pedal Grinder LogoIf you’re unfamiliar with the terrain of Northwest Nebraska, at some point during this race you may ask yourself, “Isn’t Nebraska supposed to be flat?” By the time you ask yourself that question, you will already know the answer. Designed to test your endurance, the Panhandle Pedal Grinder traverses through Dawes County on scenic Forest Service and county roads. Founded in 2018, the Panhandle Pedal Grinder will put your legs to the test.

Choose from a 104-mile or a 38-mile course. Both races begin and end at Chadron State Park. Top male and female finishers will win $150, $100, $50, respectively.
